Appointments and Cancellations
To ensure you receive your preferred date, time and therapist we recommend booking appointments well in advance. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For single treatment cancellations, we require a 24 hour notice. Multiple treatments require a 48 hour notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% fee of the service price. Full amount of service will be charged for no-shows.
Check-In
We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have time to enjoy our facility and to fill out necessary forms. For late arrivals, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for their next guest.
Spa Amenities
Satin robes and slippers are provided to all guests receiving multiple treatments. Our spa does not offer personal lockers and we encourage our guests to leave their valuable items at home.

MELT gift cards make the perfect gift for your loved ones. Purchase one online here. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in pricing and are at the discretion of our guests.
Cell Phones
To be courteous and preserve a peaceful experience for our guests, we ask that you turn off all cell phones and pagers.
Health Considerations
Your well being and comfort is our ultimate priority. Please voice any health concerns, special needs, or allergies to your therapist. Guests who are undergoing treatment for illnesses should consult with their doctor prior to scheduling services and also must make our therapist aware of any communicable diseases or health issues.
